Ondřej Macho is the Founder and Managing Partner of Talver Capital. His path to venture capital runs through the trenches — not through banking or consulting, but through actually building companies from the ground up.

He began his career at O2 Czech Republic, where he developed his commercial foundations in B2B sales and customer operations. He later joined Fluentbe as Country Director, where he was responsible for scaling the edtech platform across the Czech and Slovak markets. Most recently, he led the Czech market launch of Natulim, a fast-growing e-commerce brand, as Country Manager — taking it from zero to a functioning commercial operation.

Beyond his operating roles, Ondřej has been an active hands-on investor and advisor across multiple ventures — including Axonixs, O&B Models, and M&V Genesus — bringing capital, commercial expertise, and direct involvement to each.
